Excedrin has always been a wonderful brand. This specific product doesn't work for my migraines, however I have heard that caffeine is helpful for a lot of people. So worth a try.

This is the only thing that will take the pain away. When it’s my time of the month I get real bad migraines that are debilitating. This is the only thing that helps so I always have a bottle of this with me.
