I take an Excexdrin Migraine pill as soon as I feel a headache coming on. If I take it fast enough it goes away within an hour or two but if I wait to long, it last so much longer

I've had terrible headaches and these are the only otc that offer any kind of relief for me. I think the name brand works better than equate, but that might just be me.
