Usually when I get a migraine I ate chocolate and crank a caffeine drink, but sometimes I will just take excederine to take the edge off the pain when I get a really bad one.

When I tell you Tylenol, Advil, Motrin, nothing works for my headaches, but Excedrin. I literally always have this in my purse in my car everywhere just in case it works wonders.

Excedrine Migraine is the best over the counter migraine medication. I have migraines, so I keep some on hand. It's always best to take it at onset of your migraine.

My go to OTC medicine when a migraine is coming on. This is the only non prescription pill that helps with my tension headaches and ocular migraines. The caffeine is effective yet not too strong. Always have this on hand!
