This is the only over the counter head ache medicine that actually works for migraines. The only thing is you have to take it the second you feel one starting or it doesn't work.

This is the only headache relief medicine that actually works for me. the rest are not strong enough or leaves me with a stomach ache but these are perfect.

This products good for knocking out those annoying migraines, I only have it 4 stars because it’s a bit strong for me and I’m anemic. It works really well but I would only recommend taking one when your headaches are really that bad.
