After taking it for about 20-30 minutes, the pain is significantly reduced, especially when the pain first starts, the medicine works faster. However, the medicine contains caffeine so I only use it when really necessary, avoid using it at night. The pills are a bit big but easy to swallow. This medicine should be in the family medicine cabinet. The box of 100 pills is very economical.

It's not often I get migraines anymore, but when I do, the best "migraine" specific medicine I've sued that actually works so far has been Excedrin.
