Excedrin is my go to for migraines. I strongly prefer the gelcaps as the tablets make me feel sick. Excedrin changed their formula a few years back however and it is not definitely not even close to as effective as this product once was.

I keep a large bottle at work for surprise headaches. These have the perfect mixture of pain relievers and caffeine to knock out even the worst headaches.

This stuff is like magic! I've always used it for bad headaches. I highly recommend keep this on your shelves for those really bad migraines that you can't seem to shake.
