This is my go-to for migraine pain. It’s not feasible for me to miss work any time one hits and I can’t function on prescription pain medication. The combo of acetaminophen and caffeine helps to ease the pain and allow me to finish my day.

Great medicine! I highly recommend if you have migraines everyday and nothing takes the pain away. I use this everyday because I have such bad migraines. This can get pricy, depending where you buy and how big of a bottle.
