[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stuff really works when you have a bad headache. My husband gets migraines from time to time and this is his go too. Pretty sure it does have aspirin in it so some may need to be careful.

I suffer w migraines alot more then the norm. And when I feel one coming on I grab my Excedrin and in 20 minutes it's either totally gone or just a tiny headache.
