[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is the best product I've ever taken for my migraine headaches. I get allot of migraine headaches and this is the best over the counter pill I've found. I highly recommend this product.

If you want true migraine relief, I would suggest Excedrin Migraine Caplets 100 Ct . They do take a while to kick in, but once they do, they are great.

Only pain medication that works on my headaches after I get them. I try to take any medication before my headaches get bad, but these work wonders when I can't

I use these for when my headaches are not going away with simply Tylenol or Advil. It works better because of the combination with caffeine. It did meet my expectations and I would recommend it to others.

I find that taking this medication for my migraines really helps. If I take it when I notice the first symptoms it knocks it right out. Would recommend.
