When I have a stubborn migraine this is my go to. The combination of acetaminophen, caffeine and asprin knocks my headache right out. Its powerful and works fast for the relief I need to get back to life.

Excedrin migraine is the only headache relief med I've had success with I don't get headaches too often but when I do they're debilitating so I keep this around.
