I occasionally get a migraine so by that it takes me out of commission completely unless I have something that can alleviate it. Excedrine migraine is one of the only over the counter painkiller that can get rid of my migraines.

This is the only medication I have found that combats a migraine. As soon as I feel the early symptoms of one, I take two of these and it dissipates my symptoms shortly after.
