I do have to be careful though since it has caffeine in it and I’m more on the holistic side of dealing with headaches, but this is a good alternative when I’m really needing something a little stronger.

The caplet dosage form is easy to swallow, and I've noticed it gets absorbed pretty quickly, usually kicking in within 20-30 minutes. There's a slight medicinal taste, but it's not too strong and fades quickly. As for frequency, I only take it when I feel a migraine coming on, which is usually no more than two or three times a month. It's effective for me without needing to take it too often. Definitely a must-have for migraine sufferers!

It is one we have not tried before. It is easy to swallow and doesn’t taste powdery. We usually get candy coated Advil because they are much easier to swallow than white chalky pills. But these are not bad. Very effective, Highly recommended by me and my husband.

Caplets are good-sized and easy to swallow. Quick Migraine relief thanks to the combination of acetaminophen, aspirin, and caffeine. Two caplets with a glass of water and the relief is felt quickly! It's definitely something to keep on hand in the medicine cabinet.
