My mom perfers this brand when she has her migraines. I completely agree with her, this is best taken when you are having a severe headache or migraine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not think this was effective as much as the Advil dual action was. It’s still a medicine that can help relief a little bit of pain, but if I had to pick between both, I’d pick the Advil. 

I get a lot of migraines and these medications really helps to ease them away. One of the best over the counter migraine relief medicines I’ve ever used.

Sometimes they help reduce the intensity of my migraines but does not change their frequency or completely take the pain away. Affordable and convenient for an otc migraine reliever.
