[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I get migraines all the time in the fall and spring and Excedrin migraine is the only thing that touches it. Works pretty quickly and just enough caffine to help but not make you feel jittery.

This is the only medicine that knocks out my migraine headaches. I try to always keep them on hand for when a migraine hits. Works in about 30 minutes.

I use this every time I get a migraine and it works most of the time, but not 100% of the time. I have a migraine at least once every two weeks, and it works pretty well.

I’ve used and relied on this for years to quickly get rid of my horrible migraines. As long as I take as soon as migraine hits it usually relieves it quickly
