My go to for migraine relief is excedrin. Ibuprofen doesn't cut it for me so I'm happy to have something much more affective but also just as easy to purchase. It is fast working and lasts through the pain.

This is the only thing that works when I have a headache or migraine. I use this one and the original one In the green packaging. Literally a life saver I can get on with my day after taking this

This is the only medication that actually helps with migraines. It helps lessen all the effects of a migraine. I do wish they had small gel capsules instead.
