This is one of the only things that works for me when I get a migraine. I've tried every over the counter pain reliever and Excedrin is the best. This and the extra strength are my go-to options.

This is the only over the counter head ache medicine that actually works for migraines. The only thing is you have to take it the second you feel one starting or it doesn’t work.
