Miracle worker!!!! Just recently started getting serious headaches and these work wonders that help me work through my busy schedule and get over a headache fast. I work non-stop so I do NOT have time for any kind of pain. Especially mind boggling headaches that effect my work!

It provides me with fast pain relief and I love that it doesn’t make me drowsy! I always have Execdrin on hand and would always recommend to friends and family.

As a chronic daily migraine sufferer my neurologist suggested I try Excedrin migraine. I hate to say it but it didn't work. Didn't even touch my migraine pain. And I try to avoid taking anything for migraines to avoid rebound headaches so that wasn't the issue. Price is reasonable, but not something I would buy again. Maybe for a minor headache it's ok. But a migraine? Nope. No relief.

Anytime I have a severe headache, I reach for Excedrine Migraine. My headache is usually gone in 15 minutes or less. I don't recommend it for a slight headache because you are only supposed to take two in a 24 hour period. Also, if you are sensitive to caffeine, beware that it will sometimes make you jittery. I definitely recommend it. It's my go to headache/migraine medicine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used Excedrin Migraine yesterday as I woke up with a terrible migraine and couldn’t get back to sleep. I took one of these tablets and was able to get some more sleep before it was time to start the day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My migraines can be intense at times and acetaminophen doesn't have much effect at getting rid of them. The boost from the caffeine and the aspirin made a difference but it took a while to feel better.

Great for when I have a full blown migraine or to curb the onset of one. If I have a really bad migraine I can take an excedrin, drink a coke, and then relax in a dark room and the migraine will slowly go away. They work fairly quickly and work well. They do have caffeine in them which I usually don't mind unless my I'm trying to cut back on caffeine intake.

I don’t like taking anything unless absolutely necessary but my migraines can be pretty brutal so when I do need something, this is my choice.

I'm a 62 yo male who has suffered from migraines my entire adult life. I've taken imitrex shots, pills and multiple prescription medication for migraine therapy. None of it has worked as well or consistently as Excedrin Migraine. Excedrin Migraine has changed my life.
