When taking these, I get the most relief. I suffer from migraines my entire life and these are the only pain reliever that helps me go through my day as if I'm in no pain. I've been using them for years and I will continue to use. (if they don't change the formula, of course)

These are amazing and I literally never leave my house without them. I get really horrible migraines and I do have a prescription but that makes me feel off for the rest of the day so I rarely take it. What I like about these is that they work fast and I can take them after I already have a full blown migraine as opposed to my prescription where you need to take when you feel one coming. Sometimes I want to try and push through since I'm not into taking these unless 100% necessary, my doctor says I'm crazy for being in pain but oh well. They really do work. I'm going to be honest and sometimes I'll take 2 (that is the prescribed amount) and it won't do anything but 8/10 it does wonders. I don't blame the medicine when it doesn't work because people with migraines understand that sometimes nothing can help except a dark, quite room and some sleep.

Excedrin Migraine I can tell you that OTC medicine for migraines was hard to find for several years. I get migraines about 2/3 mo so when I spoke to my GP this was the product she mentioned. I am so relieved that I found this for my migraines. When a migraine hits I know this will offer some relief. Just today my neighbor and I were talking about migraines and she said that this was what she takes as well. I used to take a small concoction of my own mix, but now I just reach for this. Yes I would recommend for the occasional migraine

It provides relief within about 15 minutes for me and lasts for 6 hours. I always have it around the house so that if a migraine strikes, I can fight it off. Excedrin migraine is the absolute best medicine I have ever tried for migraine and I am so thankful for this product!

I get horrible migraines about twice a year. If I take this in time, I can avoid having to take something stronger that will knock me out. This is a great first responder to migraines coming on. It doesn't help once the full blown attack has hit, but get it in time, and it helps tremendously.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When a migraine hits during the day or I feel a strong one coming on, I can reach for excederin migraine and know I’ll be feeling better soon. I knocked off a star for the caffeine content. I know that helps with headache, however, if this hits in the evening, I will avoid this medication and reach for something else.

This is my go to when I have a major headache or feel like a headache is coming out. It works so fast and gets rid of my headache in 20 minutes. It is very affordable cheaper then the other brands. If you get a lot of headaches I recommend this product. Keep it in your bag

These are a lifesaver!! I’ve suffered from migraines since high school. The only cure use to be to lay in bed with the lights off, drink water and pray it went away. Now I take one of these and within minutes I feel 10x better. They do have caffeine, so if you get a migraine at night, be cautious that they might keep you awake.
