There are 100 pills in here with 250 mg and 65 of mg of caffeine. They work well. There is no scent or bad after taste. The packaging is great looking. As a migraine sufferer, I used to just deal with the pain or have to sleep. Now with Excedrin Migraine Relief, just two caplets later and I have relief. The combination of acetaminophen and caffeine is a great pain reliever for migraines. I've found best results when I take it at the first onset of a migraine. I would highly recommend, as I already had a bottle in the cupboard as well from my own purchases.
