This product has saved my grades time and time again. After being in several car accidents I get frequent migraines when I'm stressed out. I get super sensitive to light and noise and I find it really hard to concentrate. I have never been let down by this product and take it several times a month. I know it's not healthy but I cannot function without it.

It's hard to find medicine that truly helps a migraine without a prescription however this one comes closest. It definitely helps some with my migraines however isn't able to fully make them go away. Maybe those with migraines that aren't horrible have better luck.

This helps a little with migraines, however it's not my first choice. Works well enough but the acetaminophen is a bit much for myself. Easy to open bottle if you are used to safety caps, it does work pretty quickly, within ten minutes. No smells or weird tastes. You get a lot in the bottle and it's stronger ingredients for a pain medication for migraine but this would work well for anyone where Advil, Alec's, or aspirin don't work.

I tend to get migraines a lot so I use Excedrin Migraine for them which really helps fast and better then other over the counter pain relievers . If you haven't tried Excedrin and you get headaches or Migraines I would definitely recommend giving it a try

I always reach for this whenever I have a migraine. The combination of caffeine and pain reliever definitely helps. I like the caffeine too because usually when I have a migraine, I'm also nauseous and can't handle drinking coffee. Definitely recommend!

I always buy this product any time I see it, its hard to find sometimes. Its a must have in your medicine cabinet! My step mom has sworn by this stuff for years and doesnt like sharing hers it works so good! If you have migraines go get a bottle ASAP!!!!!

Since I started getting migraines, this has been a staple item in my cabinet. If you've ever had a migraine you know it is nearly impossible to get rid of one once it is a full blown migraine. Generally, if I catch a potential migraine at the beginning stages, this will actually help and keep it from knocking me out for a day or two. This is a must have!

This product has saved several days in my house. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats, so my house is never really quiet. When I feel a migraine coming on or I wake up with one, these pills are my absolute go to must haves. They have helped me survive barking dogs, screaming kids, long airplane rides and even chronic pain until I could go see the doctor.

These used to be my go to about 15 years ago. They worked really well until my body got sensitized to it and it didn't give me anymore relief. I have a very high tolerance for pain. So the fact that these worked then didn't mean they can work for you. Give them a try. Will recommend.

Excedrin Migraine really helped my migraines go away Once I know I have a migraine coming on I take Excedrin Migraine and my symptoms go away and I have a mild headache that will go away in 30 to 45 minutes This product stops the headache before I have a full blown migraine
