I have chronic migraines so these only help if I take them at onset otherwise it does absolutely nothing for me. Unless you only get migraines occasionally and they aren't super intense I wouldn't recommend this product I would instead talk to your neurologist.

Wow, this product is GREAT! It really alleviates pain behind my eyes and just lifts the weight from my head and neck in general. I don't feel like I have to hide away in my room whenever a migraine hits. It's easily accessible and certainly worth the name brand price.

I've suffered with migraines for years and when they came out with these I thought they would be great and definitely help me get rid of them upon taking them they didn't really do much it may just be a personal experience and hopefully they've helped others but to own personal experience I wouldn't recommend them they're in the same level as Tylenol for me

This helps take my migraines completely away. With the heat I've been getting them more frequently and as soon as I feel it coming on I take two of these and it helps me avoid a whole day of laying in a dark room. Definitely worth it if you suffer from migraines.

Personally this is my absolute favorite medication to use for my migraines. I have suffered from migraines since I was about five. I have tried to use naproxen and ibuprofen to help, but overall Excedrin is the best. I would recommend this to anyone who has had problems with extremely bad migraines. This helps 99% of my headaches go away within half an hour of taking them! I unfortunately get pretty severe headaches frequently, and have ever since I was about 12 years old. They come on kinda dull and gradually get worse and worse and worse and then my head feels like it's in a vice, which is awful. This medicine truly helps me get past my headaches and allows me to make it through my day. Highly recommend.

This is my go to for my migraines. I only take 1 and my migraines go away. It says take 2 but when I used to do that my stomach would ache. But this stuff works fast! Was starting to get one yesterday at work, I took one and within 30 minutes it was gone.

This is the only over the counter medication that will help in any way, shape or form when I'm having a migraine. They're fast working & last long enough to feel some relief. Other than my prescribed migraine meds I would recommend only these in the case of a major migraine anything else would be a waste.
