When I get frequent migraines this is my go-to product. It is effective after about an hour or so. It does not completely get rid of my migraine but helps a bit. Overall, I still use this product and am generally satisfied- as satisfied as one can be when curing a migraine.

My only issue is I already drink a good bit of coffee already so even the little bit of caffeine in there makes my heart race. There should be a version with no caffeine for us heavy coffee drinkers.

I have suffered from migraines for many years. I am currently on a prescription for my migraines, however, I have tried Excedrin Migraine Relief numerous times in the past and found temporary relief. It was fast acting, but for me it didn’t last long before a rebound migraine would pop up. I personally prefer Excedrin’s Extra Strength formula for an over the counter migraine relief. I would still recommend Excedrin Migraine Relief Caplets, as it has been an amazing relief option for so many.
