I have chronic neck pain that cause migraines and this stuff is magic. It works quickly and is often my first line of defense. I have a prescription for migraine medicine, but this stuff typically works well and I don't need to resort to my prescription. 

Anytime I have a severe headache, I reach for Excedrine Migraine. My headache is usually gone in 15 minutes or less. I don't recommend it for a slight headache because you are only supposed to take two in a 24 hour period. Also, if you are sensitive to caffeine, beware that it will sometimes make you jittery. I definitely recommend it. It's my go to headache/migraine medicine.

Personally this is my absolute favorite medication to use for my migraines. I have suffered from migraines since I was about five. I have tried to use naproxen and ibuprofen to help, but overall Excedrin is the best. I would recommend this to anyone who has had problems with extremely bad migraines. It contains caffeine so it does give you energy.

Only meds that get rid of my migraine. Only one pill makes the difference. I have sinusitis so my migraines are INTENSE. I've tried everything from house remedies, meditating, i exercise but this is the only thing that actually helps within a good ten minutes.

This is the first thing I reach for when I feel a migraine coming. I've been using Excedrin for nearly a decade and 9 times out of 10 it knocks down a migraine within twenty minutes. Without this, I probably wouldnt be able to work or go to class on a regular basis as I have frequent migraines.

I have suffered from chronic migraines since I was 8 years old and this has been a life saver in the event of an unexpected migraine. It reaches the migraine and fast. I couldn't be more thankful for such a fast acting medication. I recommend this to anyone with migraines!!

It is the only one that works on mine & my daughters migraines & I make sure to keep it stocked up just in case. It can be a bit expensive but it is worth the money to have it. Has no scent or bad taste, fast acting ingredients & the packaging isn't bad at all. 10/10 recommend!!

This is my go-to migraine medication when I'm having a terrible migraine. It is more effective for me than any other migraine medication I've tried, which is impressive because my migraines can get pretty severe. What's more is I don't get any side effects and I can sleep just fine (although others who may be more sensitive to caffeine might not).
