I tried this when I had one that wasn't super bad, it seemed to help some but for me personally everything is a hit or miss with some of mine because they are too strong. Now, let me say, I absolutely love the idea of the replenish part of this but the taste was awful to me. I didn't use ice water, maybe that would help it some but I'll try that next time.

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. I suffer from migraines occasionally and they are absolutely debilitating. Excedrin is the only pain reliever that can reduce the severity of the migraine and allow me to go on with my day! It is easy to take and you only need 2 caplets for the entire day. I would definitely purchase this and I would recommend it to everyone who suffers from migraines.
