[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mix of acetaminophen, aspirin & caffeine is helpful with headaches and other painful problems when properly used. I love the way this product works so quickly. I like that it has caffeine in it because it gets it into my system quicker. This is the best product I have found over my entire lifetime for migraine headaches which I have been getting since I was about 15. I don’t know why I can take the ingredients separately and they don’t work as well as this capsule. I highly recommend it.

When I was out of my prescription and needed something that worked for migraines nothing over the counter worked I got this Excedrin migraine as a sample I used it and within the hour without a second dose my migraine was subsided. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who suffers from migraines, this is great! I did put 4 stars because it does not work for my more gnarly ones. BUT it does help relieve some of the more intense symptoms, especially taking it at the beginning signs of a migraine.
