[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This works for what it is. It doesn’t make the migraine go away, but it does help with the sharp pain. Doesn’t hurt your stomach like most migraine medicine does. The packing is unique as you always know what you’re grabbing. Doesn’t have scent.

I will always reach for this medicine when I have a severe headache or migrane. It meets all of my expectations and relives my pain in a short period of time. I have tried other alternatives and they do not compare. They are a little more pricey then other brands, but it works, so I will always spend the extra couple of dollars. I highly recommend!

I've been a long time migraine sufferer and this is one of the only over the counter medications that helps. When you are suffering you don't want to "hope" something will help. That is why I always count on Excedrin for pain relief. Thank you for this life saver!

If there is a product that i cant live without, this is one of them. I get migraines once in a while and this work so fast. You dont have to wait for an hour for tge medicine to kick in. This is been my holy grail once it comes to headache. Glad i found a product that works

I have spinal fluid build up that I have to get removed & occasionally get really bad migraines. When I do this is literally the only medicine I can take that doesn’t give me terrible side effects. This works fairly fast & doesn’t leave me jittery.

Not a fan. I bought this because my neurologist at Barrows said it was a great rescue med, but it does nothing but keep you awake because of the caffeine and it is expensive. You might as well save yourself some money, buy some ibuprofen and down them with a coke. Totally not worth the money.

When I felt a migraine creeping up, I took them, and within just 30 minutes, I felt so much better. The combo of acetaminophen, aspirin, and caffeine did the trick. Plus, they were easy to swallow and didn't upset my stomach, which was a huge relief. I've tried other migraine meds, but none worked as fast or as effectively as these. The only downside was a slight caffeine buzz, but it was manageable. Overall, Excedrin Migraine Caplets are now my go-to for quick migraine relief. I can't recommend them enough!
