I suffer from frequent migraines and nothing ever worked as enough or strong enough as these. I get migraines easily from smell, heat exhaustion, screen time, or exposure to bring lights. These work fast and relive my pain better than any other product. My sister suffers from migraines as well and switched to this brand when I gave her two.

I've been using this brand for years. Excedrin Migraine 24 caplets is an affordable fast pain reliever that is formulated with acetaminophen aspirin and caffeine. Excedrin is a brand I can trust. The caffeine in this product really helps stop my migraines than aspirin alone. I like to throw a bottle of Excedrin Migraine in my purse for on the go pain relief when I feel a migraine coming on. I also like to leave a bottle in the car just in case someone might need fast pain relief. This is an affordable, effective medicine that I highly recommend. My entire family depends on Excedrin. These caplets are easy to swallow and easy on my digestive system. I do not notice any kind of irritation or upset stomach. I will definitely repurchase in the future and continue to sing their praises for helping me in the toughest of times to relieve horrible migraines.

I use excedrin migraine regularly. Usely once to twice a week if not more. Was very happy when we found it to use & it helped cuz nothing else was. That was about 10yrs or so aag. Now we get family dollar brand that is the same but alot cheaper. I'm disabled so I'm on a fixed income so gotta go where it's the cheaper.

I would recommend this over the counter to anyone with occasional migraines. It works but is not always available due to demand. A bit costly however if you have true migraines that want matter at the time. You get the relief you pay for and that what counts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually dont get migraines but when I do, they can be bad. At times I can treat it with some soda but there are times when that doesnt work. When it doesnt, i resort to this cause this is the only migraine med that actually works.

I was a Lyft driver and sometimes after a long day I would start to feel a migraine come on. I could take two Excedrin Migraine and most of the time it would stop my symptoms in there tracks. Mind you, this product will make you not sleep if you take it late night.
