[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When a migraine hits during the day or I feel a strong one coming on, I can reach for excederin migraine and know I’ll be feeling better soon. I knocked off a star for the caffeine content. I know that helps with headache, however, if this hits in the evening, I will avoid this medication and reach for something else.

I get horrible migraines about twice a year. If I take this in time, I can avoid having to take something stronger that will knock me out. This is a great first responder to migraines coming on. It doesn't help once the full blown attack has hit, but get it in time, and it helps tremendously.

When I was working in a large clinic, I was experiencing migraines. One day, I strolled over to the neurology department to ask if I could sample some meds for a nasty headache I had. The medical assistant gave me some samples of Excedrin Migraine. This was during my lunchtime. By the time I returned to work after my lunch break was over, my headache was gone. It’s not enough to keep you awake but just enough to curb a headache. It’s like drinking a coke without the rush and inevitable crash for those of us who don’t consume caffeine regularly.

This is honestly the ONLY medicine that gets rid of any severe headache or migraine I have going on. It works almost instantly and it can last HOURS. I absolutely love it and always make sure to have it on hand at home, or when I am traveling. Definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Excedrin helped with my migraines I never had to take more than the recommended dose for it to work. The pill is a combination of acetaminophen, Aspirin and caffeine take 2 with water and within 30 minutes my migraine was gone.

I’ve been using excedrin for migraine and headaches for years now and have always loved how quickly and effectively it goes to work. Within about 15 minutes of taking it my headache has dimmed and around the 20 to 30 minute mark I experience total relief from even the most brain splitting migraines. I love the portability and packaging as well, these are always easy to find in the medicine aisle thanks to the bright red packaging while it’s child safe lid helps me keep peace of mind in leaving it in my car and purse or out on a table. It’s an excellent value compared to other brands and is available at most major drug stores and grocery stores. Highly recommend!
