I got this in a Voxbox for free and was pretty psyched because normally I just pop a couple of otc pain relievers and go on my way with no big changes. Downside - instructions say you can only take one dose in 24 hours, so if it doesn’t work, you’re out of luck. Personally I’ve found better relief with a combination of acetaminophen and ibuprofen

I have suffered from migraines for many years. I am currently on a prescription for my migraines, however, I have tried Excedrin Migraine Relief numerous times in the past and found temporary relief. It was fast acting, but for me it didn’t last long before a rebound migraine would pop up. I personally prefer Excedrin’s Extra Strength formula for an over the counter migraine relief. I would still recommend Excedrin Migraine Relief Caplets, as it has been an amazing relief option for so many.
