I really get a lot of use out of this when I feel like a migraine is coming. It is fast acting(10-30 min)when you catch a migraine ahead of time, like that first hint(it’s hard to know, I know it’s rough). When you already have a raging migraine though, it takes a while, i would say about 30-60 minutes until relief.

Sometimes regular tylenol and motrin doesn't help and if it does it takes a while to kick in. This medication did work faster and helped knock out more of the pain. It did have a nasty after taste though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from someone who suffers from migraines and have for many years, I have to say that I was completely shocked to be able to take something over the counter to help with the migraines and it actually works! Typically I have to take a prescription medicine that’s takes care of the migraine but places me into a deep sleep. With the Excedrin Migraine, it takes care of the migraine and still allows you to be able to be productive and up moving around. I have purchased some and this is now a staple in my medicine cabinet.

For an OTC (over the counter) medication, I find that Excedrin Migraine can help hold off a migraine. If I wait too long and the migraine hits, nothing OTC will help and I end up using a nasal prescription. Excedrin Migraine sits on my desk on the off chance that I can catch the migraine Excedrin Migraine before it strikes.

I don’t know if they were caused by stress or what but while I was moving I was getting the most excruciating migraines. It took me so much longer to get my packing done because I kept having to lay down with my eyes closed to get the nausea that accompanied them to go away. THESE pills are magic. MAGIC. they’re the only thing that would help, and they worked FAST. I can’t recommend these more highly

As someone who suffers with chronic migraines this stuff is definitely good to have on hand, if they aren't to bad this definitely works. The only thing I don't like is that this is the exact same thing as the Excedrin extra strength with a different label but overall great product and I definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While sitting in a meeting at work, I felt a migraine coming on. I excused myself, took some Excedrin Migraine, and I was able to stop my migraine in its tracks! This may be the best OTC migraine medicine out there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter and I both suffer from migraines so she came home from school and said that she thought one coming on so I gave her a couple Excedrin’s and she claimed that they helped her within a few hours. She said she was feeling better which I was so glad she noticed less pain in her head down and she was up and running and doing her school project within a few hours, so I recommend this product to anyone that suffers from terrible migraines like me and my daughter do. 

This is a great product to use if you suffer from migraines. It works relatively fast and almost completely takes away your migraine. I use this stuff whenever I have a headache that I am afraid will turn into a migraine. It works so much better than using just regular Tylenol does

I get headaches quite frequently! Although I haven’t used this in quite some time due to pregnancy and breast feeding I will always result back to these. When I am able to take these and have a migraine this is a must have! Especially having the gel capsules it makes taking the medication much easier.
