I come from a family of migraine sufferers so Excedrin is a staple in our medicine be cabinet. It does well in relieving the most debilitating migraines (the ones that cause you to throw up). The only downside for me is that I am sensitive to caffeine so it keeps me up at night. But I’d rather stay up than have a migraine.

It helps for more of a mild headache and is a decent product, but I wouldn’t call this migraine relief.
