I have occasional migraine attacks associated with vomiting and nothing helps. So I tried this medicine and noted it has some great effect. First, dnt think it acts as a miracle and gives ypu relief immediately. It takes time depending on severity for me it showed effect in almost 2 to 3 hours. What i noted is i did not have to take it after 6 hrs again as my headache was almost gone. Its in Caplet form and came in a bottle so storage is super easy. It has no unbearable smell and you can easily take it with a sip of water. It does not have any aftertaste or bitterness. Its a good OTC medication for migraine and i would continue using it.

A good otc med for headaches at a great price, but I only rated 4 stars because I ordered it online and the expiration date is one year from now! I can’t take 300 Excedrins in a year and I know that they really last longer than their expiration date, but I never would have bought them with that expiration date, if I had picked them up in the store myself, therefore, not really a good deal with such a short shelf life!

My daughter suffers from chronic migraines. If we can catch one early enough then Excedrin Migraine is they only OTC med that takes care of it. If we don't catch it i time, my daughter has to go to ER to get rid of it. I recommend this product to everyone I know!
