I give these three stars because they work but I don’t like the side effects. They definitely get rid of my migraine when I get one but they make me feel shaky and weak. I do take them when I get a migraine because they kick my migraine to the curb!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new go to medication when I have a migraine starting. I love the addition of caffeine as I used to take Tylenol and ibuprofen with a Coca Cola as a caffeine additive. Now I can just take excedrin and leave out all the sugar.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's what I always grab when I get a migraine/headache. It's been my go to for years and I recommend it to anyone that gets a headache. I am a migraine sufferer and actually take a preventative med. But I still get the occasional one. So it's nice to have an OTC option available to use.

These are the best migraine relievers out on the market. Whenever I start to feel the beginning of a headache, I immediately take one of these and it is relieved. The caffeine in it is absolutely part of why it's so helpful, and the effect kicks in almost immediately. 

So, I've heard that this is great for migraines. I have tried it a couple times, but I was unable to get relief. I've tried at the first sign of a migraine and as a last resort when I was unable to relieve it. I would not purchase this product again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don'tget migraines too often. When I do, I need a dark cold room to sleep it. Nothing I have taken has allowed me to not call in sick. This excedrin was strong and effective. It allowed me to work through it. I did get a little nauseous. I don't know if it was a side effect of the medication or just my migraine. It was effective and helped alleviate my discomfort.

I especially enjoyed the small size and texture of the tablets, and there was no scent or flavor either. Very easy to take and there was immediate relief.

My experience is that it usually starts working within 20 minutes. The capsules are easy to swallow and easy on my stomach. I would definitely recommend them to other migraine sufferers.
