[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From time to time I will get such severe migraines that this is the only product that helps. I'm not entirely sure why but I'm guessing it's the caffeine. Medium sized pills that are not to difficult to take.

This pill is a great OTC option. I get moderate to severe migraine attacks during PMS days. 2 pills a day for a few days seems to work on moderate days before I switch to triptans. But I am not a heavy coffee drinker and the caffeine makes me a bit jittery.

Not sure aspirin is good for everyone so I am not sure about that either…This is an adequate product but not sure I’d purchase in the future…

When all else fails and my prescriptions don't touch it, I take two of these and two Advil duos and it works like a charm! No weird side effects just relief. Definitely recommend!

For my migraine guys and girlies listen up. I know you know this brand, it has saved you and many many more. I know you understand just how great this product is. For those who don’t know just how amazing this is let me tell you. I am a nurse in the ER. I have suffered from headaches and migraines since I was a little girl. I get stress cluster headaches, random migraines, and migraines with loss of vision that become debilitating to the point I can’t move. Dealing with such and for such a long time I can tell you I’ve tried anything and everything to treat and prevent my migraines. There’s only one thing that has stayed consistent that I know works and allows me to still stay working and that’s Excedrin. There have been plenty times I’ve started to get migraines or signs of migraines while at work in the ER, and unfortunately it’s not like I can really just leave my job. My quick fix that perks me back up and tells my migraines to go away is excedrin, water, and tums (because I also get nauseous). I never need anything else, and I’m able to quickly get back to caring for those around me who need me.

I have had migraines for almost three years, and I've taken different kinds of pain relievers but excedrin was the only thing that specifically targeted my headaches to go away and it works very fast! My migraine went away within 30 minutes of taking it. As a college student, I get migraines frequently and it prevents me from getting any work done so I'm very happy with excedrin! The only thing I don't really like are the side effects, as I get very nauseous after taking it.

The only thing that helps my migrane. I take two pcs and 15 minutes later pain is gone. Works like magic to me, I always make sure to drink plently of water when consuming this medication to help my kidney out hehe. Defintely recommend this if you’re the type to get migrane all the time.

I have bad migraines and when I start feeling them coming on I immediately get my excedrin migraine pain pills and take them. Without these meds I would be in the hospital monthly. With these amazing meds I am only in the hospital 2 times a year when I do not get to them quick enough or when the migraine is so intense that it lasts for days. I would recommend this product to anyone who suffers with migraines. 

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use excedrin almost everyday. This little bottle is the perfect size for my purse. Just the right amount for me to carry around without it making that dreaded pill shake noise when I walk too fast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I suffer from chronic migraines and took as directed when I felt a migraine coming on and honestly didn’t expect anything since I usually don’t bother with over the counter medicine (because it never helps). I wouldn’t have ever bought this but it was part of a VoxBox. The headache almost instantly melted away and then I realized an hour later that it didn’t come back! Definitely getting a second bottle for the office!
