This gel applies in a clear form and absorbs easily into the skin, no greasy feeling. Smells slightly medicated, and provides a tingling sensation when applied. This gel has been helping my knee when the pain flares up from moving around day to day. As well as doing physical therapy. Comes in a handy 0.7 ounce tube. Great to carry on the go. I will definitely continue using the product.

However, there are a lot of restrictions for where you can put it (such as, not on the shoulder), so unless your problem is specifically hand or foot arthritis, you may need to look for another product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried a few different topical pain relievers for some chronic pain in my knee and wrist and I usually gravitate towards the ones with menthol in them. My husband, however doesn't like the menthol stuff so I thought this might be a good alternative, if it worked. I was a little put off by how intense the instructions are which made me hesitant to use it. I don't have any health conditions that would conflict with using it, but still it made me nervous. It's also interesting that you can only use it in two areas at a time which thankfully works for me but I could see that being frustrating for others. For all the warnings and careful instructions, I was expecting this to work very noticeably but unfortunately it didn't do much for me. I did appreciate the dosage card included but again, the whole process was a bit inconvenient. I do know people that love this product though so even though it didn't work for me, it may be worth trying to see if it works for you.

Not like a menthol cooling scent that you’d think of for a cream like this. I’m wondering what is in it that limited what body parts you can use it on? Kinda strange, make sure you read the instructions !! Weird to open there is like a key in the lid. But easy enough to figure out. The smell goes away pretty quickly though.

The gel worked well on my knees where I have a lot of arthritis pain (no cartilage in knees) and was soothing. It did rub off a bit on my clothing after application but I made sure to wear clothes that could get dirty for that reason.

I wake up with stiffness in both of my hands after years of typing. Just rubbing a little bit into each one of my hands relieves the stiffness and the joint pain for my entire shift. It is so easy to use, has no scent and absorbs wonderfully. This used to be prescription only and I love that it is over the counter and readily available.
