My dr recommended I try this to alleviate RA pain in my hands and wrists and it has helped soften the pain to tolerable level.

I have used this product for 4 weeks and did not find it effective. The pain in joints of my thumb are as severe now as when I started.

Very helpful. Controlling the odd-shaped cap is difficult. I would prefer a round cap for my arthritic hands.

It helped quite but unfortunately I had an allergic reaction to Ibuprofen in it. Please put an allergy warning on the front of the tube.
