I am so pleased this product is finally available over the counter in the US. I have used it in the UK on my travels and it works exceptionally well to help heal my hand arthritis pain. For the price I think it is worth it.

I liked this gel. It provides relief for minor aches and pains. It is comparable to other creams on the market as well. I would think of picking this up next time I’m in the market.
