Based on 4 times a day use and amount for each use, seems excessive. With application to both knees, a tube could be gone in a day or two. Not an option with the expense and 4 times a day application.

this came at a good time where i did need something like this to relieve some joint pain but unfortunately it didn’t work as well as i thought it would
