I have arthritis in my hands. So this was very easy to rub on my hands and it provided quick relief for the pain. The ingredients are not.as.clean.as.i.prefer tho.

Been using voltaren for a while its the only brand that works for me personally. I feel less pain and the gel leaves no residue nor weird smell. It can be a little pricey. Recommend
