I don't have arthritis, but my companion does. He tried the Voltaren gel on his arthritic thumbs, and said it did nothing to reduce his arthritis pain. Your mileage may vary, but it was not effective in my household.

I like when creams aren’t super greasy. This rubbed right into the skin and I could feel in working immediately. Both of my knees are reconstructed and this felt great on!
