I don't have arthritis so i gave it to my grandpa and he loved it. He was so excited because this helps the pain for him. This stuff make the pain bearable so he can move around.

I highly recommend this!!!!! It is so much more relieving on muscle aches than Bengay or IcyHot! I have a bad shoulder and it helps and feels so good.

This arthritis cream helps relieve pain for a short time. The negative side is all the side effects listed on the box. It makes it not really worth it.
