I used as advised, but little to no relief. I believe this product is for people that does not have severe pain. If you do, this product does not work.

I apply Voltaren to my joints as needed, and within 5 minutes the pain is gone for 4 to 6 hours. I have 3 tubes for upstairs, downstairs and in my purse.
