This is well suited for small joints like hand, wrist, knee, elbow, foot and ankle. I craft and this is great for my hands especially after dealing with beads all day.

This product helps with pain and tenderness when I'm not able to ice My joints. It comes with clear instructions and a measuring stick so you know how much to use for each body part. There are no strong overpowering smells.
