So i dont use this personally. I only get back and shoulder pain and i cant use it on those spots. However my elderly mother has arthritis and uses this daily! She says its the best out there that truly works and gives her relief

My mom has pretty bad arthritis so we were hopeful that this would work well. First issue was it took several days to even provide some relief. Secondly, it only provided slight relief for her arthritic pain.

Decent pain relief that spreads well. My biggest issue with it is I feel like I need to apply more fairly often. It seems to work better with continued use.
