I have sever pain associated with my osteoarthritis in my knees, and using this product in between my shots is quite helpful. It adds a soothing comfort to my aching knees that helps keep me in motion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is good to use for a quick relief from joint pain. It’s fast acting, ok cost, and doesn’t feel overly greasy. The one thing that I wasn’t a fan of is that it doesn’t last as long as I’d like.

I tried this gel on some foot and ankle pain after teaching many hours of dance in a week that my body isn't used to. I feel like it helped the ankle pain, but the foot pain is still there...so maybe something else is causing that?
