I don’t have arthritis so I don’t use this product but my mom has been having joint pain lately and she has been using this and she says it really helps 

Great stuff. I put this on my knee the day I walked around Universal. 20,000 steps and might need to not act up but only one time. I was able to sit down, take a breather, and apply more cream. I will be keeping this in my backpack.

I tried this on my wrist this gives me trouble and is very sore from time to time. It definitely helped ease the pain more so then I thought it would. I would recommend this product!
