I gave this four stars because when it does work, it works well. But it doesnt always relieve the pain. It either works, or it doesn't. No in between.

This is pretty pricey, but it’s worth it. It works, it’s not greasy, it doesn’t have that smell of other topical pain relievers. Overall, not a bad option.

I gave this to my mom to use. She thought it was okay. She saw a difference but not a big one. She hasn’t had it long enough to use but I will update after a couple months of use.

My mom has pretty bad arthritis so we were hopeful that this would work well. First issue was it took several days to even provide some relief. Secondly, it only provided slight relief for her arthritic pain.
