[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been really great for my husband. It’s been such a nice alternative to pills, and to be honest he feels relief much faster with this gel. It can be used up to 4x/day but he’s typically getting through his 12 hr work shift with just 2 applications. He applies this to his joints due to his arthritis pain from his time in the military, and he sees results fast. Packaging is simple, the gel is contained in an easy to use tube. This also makes it perfect for on the go. I wouldn’t say it’s overly sticky, it dries/absorbs fairly quick. You just wash your hands after application of course, as with any topical cream/gel.

The gel had a nice cooling smell. It did not take a lot to cover my areas of pain. It was a good value for the cost. I will continue to use this product.

The ruler on the box makes it so easy to apply the right amount, it has barely any scent, and the tube holds a good amount. Plus, no irritation at all, just relief. Just make sure to only use on no more than 2 body parts at a time.

I used this for a week and found a noticeable different in how my pain was and how it alleviated it from a 7 to a 1.5. It’s not a cure all but it helps me do my job so much better!

The gel came in a small box and the tube is big enough to last depending on the amount you are applying. I tried it out for a week and I noticed a little bit of improvement but the scent is very strong and overpowering for me. I will probably give it a try on a different body part and see if the smell isn’t as bothersome.

It’s a small tube but the reason why it’s so pricey is because it is that good. This is great especially as we are getting colder weather. My mom loves this product and unlike many of those petroleum based creams, no staining.

To have to use this for several days before it starts working is a bit disappointing. I did feel some relief after a while but it wasn't a miracle product to be honest. Also, the side effects list and list of people who shouldn't try this product (like those with heart issues) honestly scares me off from continued use of this. I know some people it has helped a lot and some people who haven't experienced a difference. With my experience, it was so-so, helped some but not enough for me to have this as my go-to for arthritis pain.

It glides on easily with a clear gel-like texture. It does have a menthol scent so use a little bit at a time. Great value I will definitely keep using it.
