The medicated gel was smooth and easy to apply. The effects are slow but then you slowly start to feel the gel working. I stand all day so it takes a toll on my knees. The gel helped.

I gave this four stars because when it does work, it works well. But it doesnt always relieve the pain. It either works, or it doesn't. No in between.

This gel by voltaren has weird directions. You can only use in certain areas of body , and only for certain amounts of time. I don’t have arthritis. I gave it to my mom, she hasn’t said it has helped her arthritis knee pain.
