The instructions on how much to use is on the box, it would probably be better printed on the tube because I toss the box

This Gel cream with Diclofenac Sodium has surprised me how quickly it relieves the discomfort in the joints. The texture of the gel is well absorbed, does not leave a sticky feeling and really helps to reduce stiffness. It has a lasting and effective effect with only a little being applied to the affected area.

I have arthritis pain in a few of my fingers and toes and this gel is only for small areas so it works for my needs. It’s a gel so it does come out of the tube quickly so be careful when you squeeze the tube.

This is by far the best topical medicine I’ve used for my knee pain. I still have to use prescription NSAIDS occasionally but this takes the edge off significantly. This is an amazing deal too considering the 5.3oz tube is over $20 at most retail stores.

Just apply the cream where you suffer from joint pain and let it do its job, I have joint pain in my hands and rubbing it in really brings relief. It doesn’t leave my skin feeling greasy or anything either and the size is nice to keep in my bag and carry around on the go! There is no weird smell either so don’t feel bad for putting on whenever I need to.

This came an o put it all over my middle finger knuckle and my big toe, pain has been gone for about a week. So far so good!!!
