This is not an instant pain relief as I had initially thought; it may take seven days to work and the instructions indicate to use it four times a day. The pro is that the scent of this is not medicinal like most medicated gels. In addition, the gel does not leave any stickiness or tackiness behind which is HUGE. I’ve been using it on my elbows since I wanted to try it out on something less severe before I moved on to the arthritis in my knees. I was pleased and can definitely imagine I will purchase this.
