This is a really good gel to use for pain, my grandma has arthritis and this is very helpful for her. It’s easy to apply and it’s cold to the touch so be prepared.

I had my husband use this on his hands and not even a hour later he was feeling unwell. My husband felt lightheaded and dizzy. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
